The regulation on retribution for murder
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلْقِصَاصُ فِى ٱلْقَتْلَى ۖ ٱلْحُرُّ بِٱلْحُرِّ وَٱلْعَبْدُ بِٱلْعَبْدِ وَٱلْأُنثَىٰ بِٱلْأُنثَىٰ ۚ فَمَنْ عُفِىَ لَهُۥ مِنْ أَخِيهِ شَىْءٌۭ فَٱتِّبَاعٌۢ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَأَدَآءٌ إِلَيْهِ بِإِحْسَـٰنٍۢ ۗ ذَٰلِكَ تَخْفِيفٌۭ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَرَحْمَةٌۭ ۗ فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَلَهُۥ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌۭ ١٧٨
178. O you who have believed, prescribed for you is legal retribution for those murdered - the free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. But whoever overlooks from his brother [i.e., the killer] anything, then there should be a suitable follow-up and payment to him [i.e., the deceased's heir or legal representative] with good conduct. This is an alleviation from your Lord and a mercy. But whoever transgresses after that will have a painful punishment.وَلَكُمْ فِى ٱلْقِصَاصِ حَيَوٰةٌۭ يَـٰٓأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَلْبَـٰبِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ ١٧٩
179. And there is for you in legal retribution [saving of] life, O you [people] of understanding, that you may become righteous.
Whoever has a slave is like a demon who harms people. Whoever kills an innocent person becomes a murderer themselves.
After a global upheaval, when there was no judiciary, it could be said: If a murderer shows no remorse and cannot empathize with the suffering of the deceased's family, they should be executed. Otherwise, the killing would continue, accompanied by mockery of the weakness and indifference of the victim's family. If the murderer hid and their brother remained indifferent to the pain of the victim's family, that too was considered a guilt punishable by death. In the absence of law, this rule saved many lives: Everyone knew that murder would cost their own life, and fleeing would endanger their brother's life. However, when vengeance was stronger than reason, both families continued their killings, nearly extinguishing each other.
To end this cycle of retribution and the associated injustices, the people and the authorities reached an agreement: The people renounced vigilante justice, and the authorities promised to pursue and punish the guilty. This decision was wise and effective. However, today this contract is broken in many countries: Thousands of children disappear without a trace... In such a situation, the blame also lies with the people, who have become divided, godless, and irresponsible. The alienation from Allah makes people indifferent to their neighbors and drives them into the servitude of tyrants and thieves.
A weak people often blame the authorities for their misfortunes, without realizing that power merely reflects society.
About the closeness of Almighty Allah to His servants
وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِى عَنِّى فَإِنِّى قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ ٱلدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لِى وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِى لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ ١٨٦
186. And when My servants ask you, [O Muḥammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided.
Do not call yourselves servants, nor keep slaves. Before the Almighty, you are not servants, but children. And He is not a lord to you, but a Father. You do not show respect to the Almighty by calling yourselves His servants, but rather you will delight Him by calling yourselves His children.
You become accustomed to a servile nature and blind obedience, which hinders your pursuit of independence, your own thoughts, your own decisions, and your own conclusions. As a result, a distorted image of the Almighty is presented to you - an image that is cruel and vengeful, punishing with eternal fire. This is the image of a false deity that divides the world into chosen peoples and those who are not chosen. How can you not recognize this with your reason and with the voice of the Almighty - your conscience? Is this your concept of the Almighty? Do you understand that He embodies absolute Love, Light, Mercy and Justice?
It is time for you to not only to listen but to truly hear, not only to read the texts of the Quran, but to weigh every text and test it with the voice of Almighty - your conscience - to recognize distortions. The voice of the Creator - your conscience - is often spoken of here, as it is the most important aspect of any sacred scripture. No statement in a holy text is truly valid if it does not align with the voice of Almighty - your conscience.
Relief for those fasting during Ramadan
أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ لَيْلَةَ ٱلصِّيَامِ ٱلرَّفَثُ إِلَىٰ نِسَآئِكُمْ ۚ هُنَّ لِبَاسٌۭ لَّكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ لِبَاسٌۭ لَّهُنَّ ۗ عَلِمَ ٱللَّهُ أَنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ تَخْتَانُونَ أَنفُسَكُمْ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَعَفَا عَنكُمْ ۖ فَٱلْـَٔـٰنَ بَـٰشِرُوهُنَّ وَٱبْتَغُوا۟ مَا كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ ۚ وَكُلُوا۟ وَٱشْرَبُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ ٱلْخَيْطُ ٱلْأَبْيَضُ مِنَ ٱلْخَيْطِ ٱلْأَسْوَدِ مِنَ ٱلْفَجْرِ ۖ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّوا۟ ٱلصِّيَامَ إِلَى ٱلَّيْلِ ۚ وَلَا تُبَـٰشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنتُمْ عَـٰكِفُونَ فِى ٱلْمَسَـٰجِدِ ۗ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا تَقْرَبُوهَا ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ ١٨٧
187. It has been made permissible for you the night preceding fasting to go to your wives [for sexual relations]. They are a clothing for you and you are a clothing for them. Allāh knows that you used to deceive yourselves, so He accepted your repentance and forgave you. So now, have relations with them and seek that which Allāh has decreed for you [i.e., offspring]. And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread [of night]. Then complete the fast until the night [i.e., sunset]. And do not have relations with them as long as you are staying for worship in the mosques. These are the limits [set by] Allāh, so do not approach them. Thus does Allāh make clear His verses [i.e., ordinances] to the people that they may become righteous.
A true verse. This statement many may ignore, but from which the wise will benefit: The final phase of intimacy should not occur too frequently, as it can weaken the energies of both partners. The true benefit lies not in the frequent complete intimacy, but in the embrace. It is the embraces that significantly benefit the bodies of both man and woman through energy exchange.
Commandment to perform Hajj and Umrah
وَأَتِمُّوا۟ ٱلْحَجَّ وَٱلْعُمْرَةَ لِلَّهِ ۚ فَإِنْ أُحْصِرْتُمْ فَمَا ٱسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ ٱلْهَدْىِ ۖ وَلَا تَحْلِقُوا۟ رُءُوسَكُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَبْلُغَ ٱلْهَدْىُ مَحِلَّهُۥ ۚ فَمَن كَانَ مِنكُم مَّرِيضًا أَوْ بِهِۦٓ أَذًۭى مِّن رَّأْسِهِۦ فَفِدْيَةٌۭ مِّن صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍۢ ۚ فَإِذَآ أَمِنتُمْ فَمَن تَمَتَّعَ بِٱلْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى ٱلْحَجِّ فَمَا ٱسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ ٱلْهَدْىِ ۚ فَمَن لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَـٰثَةِ أَيَّامٍۢ فِى ٱلْحَجِّ وَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ ۗ تِلْكَ عَشَرَةٌۭ كَامِلَةٌۭ ۗ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَن لَّمْ يَكُنْ أَهْلُهُۥ حَاضِرِى ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ ١٩٦
196. And complete the ḥajj and ʿumrah for Allāh. But if you are prevented, then [offer] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. And do not shave your heads until the sacrificial animal has reached its place of slaughter. And whoever among you is ill or has an ailment of the head [making shaving necessary must offer] a ransom of fasting [three days] or charity or sacrifice. And when you are secure, then whoever performs ʿumrah [during the ḥajj months] followed by ḥajj [offers] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. And whoever cannot find [or afford such an animal] - then a fast of three days during ḥajj and of seven when you have returned [home]. Those are ten complete [days]. This is for those whose family is not in the area of al-Masjid al-Ḥarām. And fear Allāh and know that Allāh is severe in penalty.
By offering sacrifices, you feed demons with the terror and pain of the animals. Do you truly believe the Almighty needs your sheep to die in agony? Consider on whom you are truly nourishing with these sufferings at the holy Kaaba. Think about why you have been taught to circle the Kaaba counterclockwise, even though it would make sense to circle it an equal number of times in both directions - beginning to the left and ending to the right.
There were once no madrasas in Arabia, no Vatican in Europe, yet the entire world called the Caucasus sacred. The Almighty instructed that the Book be revealed in the Caucasus, for the descendants of this ancient land’s people bear the potential to fulfill His will first.
Consider why it is still hidden from you that the purpose of the Kaaba has been fulfilled, for by the will of the Almighty, the secret of the sacred cube has been revealed? They fear the union of the peoples and the possibility that the sacred texts of religions might converge into a single teaching.
Meanwhile, the satanists are preparing the world for a unified doctrine of darkness. Where are you, the servants of religion? Shouldn't you, as spiritual leaders and warriors of the Almighty, be the ones to unite the peoples against the satanists? For centuries, the leaders of Sunnis and Shiites have been pretending to debate who should lead the Muslims. Let them weigh the value of their disputes against the rivers of blood that have flowed because of this division. You already have a leader for the Muslims, and that leader is the Holy Quran. Set an example of unity for all other religions. In this way, all religions can unite under a shared teaching. Stop these conflicts. The world is already on the abyss. Awaken!
About the remembrance of Allah during the Hajj rituals
لَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَبْتَغُوا۟ فَضْلًۭا مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ ۚ فَإِذَآ أَفَضْتُم مِّنْ عَرَفَـٰتٍۢ فَٱذْكُرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ عِندَ ٱلْمَشْعَرِ ٱلْحَرَامِ ۖ وَٱذْكُرُوهُ كَمَا هَدَىٰكُمْ وَإِن كُنتُم مِّن قَبْلِهِۦ لَمِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ ١٩٨
198. There is no blame upon you for seeking bounty from your Lord [during ḥajj]. But when you depart from ʿArafāt, remember Allāh at al-Mashʿar al-Ḥarām. And remember Him, as He has guided you, for indeed, you were before that among those astray.ثُمَّ أَفِيضُوا۟ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَفَاضَ ٱلنَّاسُ وَٱسْتَغْفِرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ ١٩٩
199. Then depart from the place from where [all] the people depart and ask forgiveness of Allāh. Indeed, Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُم مَّنَـٰسِكَكُمْ فَٱذْكُرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ كَذِكْرِكُمْ ءَابَآءَكُمْ أَوْ أَشَدَّ ذِكْرًۭا ۗ فَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَمَا لَهُۥ فِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ مِنْ خَلَـٰقٍۢ ٢٠٠
200. And when you have completed your rites, remember Allāh like your [previous] remembrance of your fathers or with [much] greater remembrance. And among the people is he who says, "Our Lord, give us in this world," and he will have in the Hereafter no share.وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَقُولُ رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةًۭ وَفِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ حَسَنَةًۭ وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ ٢٠١
201. But among them is he who says, "Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire."أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌۭ مِّمَّا كَسَبُوا۟ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ سَرِيعُ ٱلْحِسَابِ ٢٠٢
202. Those will have a share of what they have earned, and Allāh is swift in account.
The verse is true. However, it is crucial to awaken the servants of religion to fulfill the covenant of a united Ummah. Otherwise, you will remain weak against your enemies due to your disunity. Everyone should reflect on this.
Was the covenant of a united Ummah given only to the religious leaders, or was it intended for all people? If you believe it was given only to the religious leaders, then you are not showing enough respect to the Prophet Muhammad. Conversely, if you believe that the Covenant is for all people, why do you place the religious leaders above the Prophet Muhammad? Why have you been expecting the servants of religion to fulfill the covenant for centuries while you yourselves have not united to accomplish it? This Covenant is for all, and you have not fulfilled it until today. Stop waiting and start acting!
Many may think, "Who am I? No one will listen to me; I'm just a simple worker, engineer, or teacher..." However, such thoughts reveal weak faith. Instead, politely ask the religious leaders, "Why is the covenant of the Prophet not being fulfilled?" Stay steadfast in your belief, for the covenant of the Prophet is with you. If your words initially go unnoticed, do not stop. The spoken word will make an impact. Some will reflect on this, and gradually, people will awaken to fulfill the covenant of the great Prophet - because you act fearlessly and resolutely.
